《天国：拯救》讲述了一个身份低微的年轻铁匠，因为战争而失去了一切，为了达成父亲死前的遗愿，出发营救一名被绑架的国王并试图阻止一场血腥冲突，因而卷入了一场谜雾重重的阴谋之中。
2018年12月31日至2019年1月6日，《天国：拯救》位居Steam周销量排行榜第6位。
2019年5月28日，《天国：拯救》新DLC“女人的宿命”上线PC平台，主机平台上线时间为6月11日。
游戏背景
《天国：拯救》是一款由Warhorse(战马)工作室负责制作的第一人称，开放世界的角色扮演游戏，背景被设置在中世纪的欧洲。游戏拥有独特的近战搏斗系统，玩家可以在游戏中进行城堡围攻战以及常规的接受和完成任务。
《天国：拯救》由Crytek的CryEngine 3引擎打造，加入自由世界、动作冒险元素，但本质上还是个RPG。官方称玩家将享受到：超级大作的价值、非线性剧情和革命性的第一人称近身搏斗。
《天国：拯救》设定在中世纪的神圣罗马帝国背景下，玩家将体验该历史时期的超大规模的战役，比如马背上的战争和旷场围攻战等。另外，玩家在游戏中创造的关系和成绩甚至还会真正改变这段历史。
与大部分主流RPG不同，《天国：拯救》中没有魔幻和神秘元素，这一次Warhorse的重点就是还原真实历史，所有的角色、主题和战争都以“考究”为最高目标。
